K it is going to be a long blog due to the number of pictures going to upload… Anw.. Went out on a trip that is totally different from Singapore outings :D with my CCM club members to 3 different places at Sunshine Coast. They are Maleny Dairies, Maleny Cheese and Montville Village.
The outing was totally cool with games that we need to play together as a group and not forgetting to have a whole day fun :D So there are some odd pictures that you will be wondering.. y it is in such an odd post.. due to the fact we have to take pictures such as KISSING THE COWS..
But the whole trip was very fun.. it really reminds me of my sec sch days attending field trip tours to Chinatown, Little India..etc.. but this time round is to a farm trip and a little town :D
So starting off, was to meet at school early in the morning 8am (if i rmb correctly :S) and so there we were.. taking pictures and stuff before hoping onto the bus and while in the bus.. :D

Before arriving at the dairy farm, we managed to stop at a hill side taking nice scenery views :D

Next stop at Dairy farm... erm.. they are some signs that are super funny if u read it inbetween the lines hahaha.. and this is the part where we have to find cows to kiss...

And somemore cows and milk :D

Oh next is Mountville Village, where this place is famous for their pea pie.. however by the time we got there.. no more pea pie :( But there are other things such as nice scenery for us to view and pictures for us to take.. and eat hahaah...

Below are some pictures that I had took while eating there.. seems simple.. but down here.. you can’t expect really great food as compare to Singapore. So is quite good already :D haha…
We had like XO fish, sweet sour pork, fried cutter fish, erm… the rest of the dishes just view those pictures will do :D.. cos Tiffany is not good in memorizing dishes names haha..

Hailstone means raining Ice Cubes. It was a rare sight to see ice cubes falling from the sky. And it was my first time to see hailstone in Brisbane :D
It all happened one day, where my housemate (Jin) and I were at the kitchen as it was raining heavily with strong wind outside. Suddenly, loud sounds like marbles striking the windows happened. Where Jin told me, probably it was raining ice cubes. Immediately I dashed out to the balcony with shorts and T-shirts :S to see raining ice cubes without even realizing how cold it was outside :S But it was very amazing as I see ice cubes like marble size smashing at the balcony floor.
I was busy picking up those ice cubes and taking pictures. Luckily, I was not been hit by the ice cubes as it does looked scary when it smashed against the balcony floor. Overall, it only lasted for about 5 minutes as I went back to the living room and felt super cold after that lol.. But all was worth to see Hailstone here and I believe it would not be my last :D
Below are some pictures that I took at the balcony of the ice cubes.

Haha.. I cooked Spaghetti for my housemate and me :D See… how tempting it is :P
When you are in overseas, it is very interesting to see how Singaporeans celebrate NDP here. It was my first time celebrating Singapore NDP in overseas, where the Singapore Club had arranged for us to celebrate Singapore NDP together.
We arrived at about 6pm at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), to have our pre-packed meals. The food was Nasi Brani, but it was cold and awful :S Anyway, we still had our dinner there and proceed with the live viewing of the NDP celebrations.
It was the first time, where I actually sited and enjoyed the whole NDP performances. Usually in Singapore, I would be busy doing other stuffs or walking around. The atmosphere there was very entertaining, as the Singaporeans are very enthu throughout the performances. They were cheering, clapping, storming and singing their way through as we watched the performances. We even stood up to sing the national anthem and took the pledge at 8.22pm (Singapore timing). It really reminds me of the times during Sec School, where I had to take the pledge and sing the national anthem those days. Never the less, together with my friends we enjoyed the whole NDP celebrations even though we are not in Singapore. The whole program was even more memorable and meaningful. Where it really reminds us how proud we are to be a Singaporean :D

Going to watch NDP celebrations tgt.. there are still others.. bt didnt take any pict :S

We stood, cheered, watched, sung, stormed and most importanly enjoyed watching NDP celebrations :D
